Colosseo Guest House - Rome

Do recommend for a weekend excursion

Spacious room, convenient location, with the Colosseum just a short walk away and plenty of great restaurants nearby for easy access to delicious meals.

Couldn't have been happier.

100% recommend the hotel. The location is perfect and magnificent, 15 minutes walk to metro station. It is near Naumachia, where you can eat something. The double room is well-appointed with TV and AC...

We had a very comfortable at this hotel: favourable location and amiable staff. Really enjoyed central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk in the room.

The spare ribs at Volare were out of this world! Also loved the cozy balcony with a view of the Colosseum and the shared kitchen made whipping up breakfast easy.

Room isolation could be better since I heard people coming in and out, and we missed hot water for two days.

it is a great property located in rione monti district adjacent to bus stops, shops for water and all as well as the coliseum and the metro. the venue has well-appointed rooms with tv and ac, for example and really helpful and very very helpful staff. the hotel provides an excellent service. i 100% recommend to friends and family.

All fine, but confusing entry

The location was a real highlight! So close to the Colosseum and local amenities. Just a bit tricky getting in, but the room was cozy with a lovely balcony. No hot water for two days though 😅

The check-in process needed better clarity as it was initially daunting!!! The hot water issue was inconvenient and could be improved!!! Stairs might deter those with heavy luggage or mobility concerns!!!

Close to the Colosseum, but the access instructions were unclear. Enjoyed the spacious room with a comfy bed.

Check-in was an absolute nightmare. Instructions were unclear and I didn't see another human the entire time, how lovely. My room had only one towel for my stay! You would think, for the price, they could put more thought into customer service or, I don't know, give a complimentary gift or something? Couldn't quite bring myself to give a good review though.

The kitchenette was super handy for snacks, and our room was spacious and cozy. It was awesome being so close to the historic sites!

Location was perfect, close to everything. Staff assistance was great. Clean, spacious room with comfortable bedding. Shared kitchen was handy for breakfast and snacks.

Always a great stay. the breakfast spread is amazing with lots of options. the staff here are top-notch and super responsible. the location is spot on, not too far from a spooky church. 🌟

The room was new-fashioned and quiet, with an exceptionally comfortable bed. the large bathroom was a bonus, as well as the amiable staff. - the location in the town is marvellous and unbelievable, near to tourist attractions. - Easy access to the Arch of Dolabella was a great perk.

The room was absolutely amazing - clean, modern, and super comfortable. The location was mind-blowing, just a stone's throw from the colosseum and surrounded by jaw-dropping cafes and restaurants. The Sri Lankan manager was so kind and helpful, storing my bag when I arrived early. The customised breakfast was super tasty. The room overlooked a busy street, but the balcony doors blocked out any noise, so I slept like a baby. Didn't even need to use the air conditioning in May. it was a fantastic stay in a lovely location with wifi, paid airport shuttle, a flat-screen TV, an electric kettle, no pets allowed, air conditioning.
